Unhelpfully, when it's crashing it's not yielding any useful troubleshooting information whatsoever, so it's difficult to draw conclusions on what's causing the issue and how best to resolve it. To this end we're going to step up the monitoring on the box in an attempt to try and quicker spot when it fails, as due to the way it's failing it's taking longer than usual for the monitoring to "see" that it's no longer working as intended.
