[LCH Announce] REMINDER: [TFM40/A11] Maintenance

Hello,

This is just a quick reminder that the second stage of the recently announced
maintenance work is about to commence.

This work ONLY affects customers in TFM40 A11 (this includes some dedicated
server customers). 

Expected outage to change the uplink over to 1gbps should be less than one
minute total.
