[LCH Announce] Maelstrom maintenance

Hi,

In an effort to cure Maelstrom's recent spate of rebooting itself
without any warning before or after the event, it will shortly be taken
offline at 00:00 to be deracked and poked and prodded as appropriate.

We estimate that it should be back no later than 01:00.
