[LCH Announce] Maelstrom rebooting issues

Hi,

We are aware of an issue that has been affecting maelstrom over the past
few months with it rebooting unannounced and without dumping any errors
to the log. This appears to be deteriorating and the box is rebooting
more often.

There are currently no planned maintenance visits planned, but once the
next window is arranged maelstrom will be examined and have its cpu
cooler and ram replaced in an attempt to cure the issue at hand. An
announcement will be made when the maintenance is booked.

In the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience.
