[LCH Announce] Network Degradation ~22:40-~22:45

Hi,

A gigabit fiber link between one of our routers and a core switch just
flapped, causing a number of BGP sessions to reset and causing general
latency, packetloss and other associated weirdness for a few minutes.

Everything should be back to normal now - sorry for the inconvenience.
All of the equipment is being shuffled and serviced during the
maintenance window on Monday morning, and so this problem will hopefully
not rear its head again.
