Subject: [LCH Announce] XPE Peering Issues

Hello,

There are problems with certain XPE Peering sessions at present which
XPE are aware of and are working on.

This will have been manifesting itself as raised latency and packetloss
to certain ISPs. It does not appear to be affecting all ISPs.

We will update you once we know more.
