[LCH Announce] Core Maintenance Completed

Hi,

We have completed our core maintenance as of 5 minutes ago. Some
sessions and routes may be a bit wobbly for a while as they settle down,
but everything should work more or less as normal already.

Both routers were successfully upgraded.

Our apologies for this necessary outage and the short notice at which
it was performed.
