Hello,

Unfortunately there was a serious degradation of service between the
above times due to a Denial of Service attack against a customer.

The customer's IP has been nullrouted on the borders. A number of
transit sessions have been left down until we can get in touch with the
relevant network operations centres to ascertain that filters can be
applied if necessary. Due to this, network routing may be suboptimal
until Sunday evening.

We apologise for the inconvenience - our planned network upgrades in the
next 12 months should hopefully put paid to issues like this in future.
