Hi,

A fault with a transit provider or our connection to the provider
occurred at just after ten PM this evening which caused upto 80% 
loss to the LINX peers that they provide to us.

This was quickly detected by the monitoring system and an engineer was
working on the routers by 22:10.

The transit causing the issues was eventually identified and disabled 
by 22:18, bringing the network back into full service. We apologise 
for this outage which was outside of our control.

We will be monitoring the situation and examining the exact cause of the
fault, and tentatively plan to restore the session to the provider
sometime during Tuesday AM, should the fault have cleared.
