Hi,

Hopefully this should be the last email from me on this matter - I also
apologise to those of you whom have received the numerous mailings on
this maintenance yet are not affected by the outage.

Cloud0 has been rebuilt and is sat back in the rack and is now serving
requests as per normal. Mail, Web, SSH (where applicable), MySQL is all
known to be functioning correctly, though data corruption may interfere
with the operation of your site.

As previously mentioned we will be attempting to recover more data once
we get the faulty hard disk back to the office on Thursday but there is
no guarantees that anything more will be yielded. Customers who have
backups of their own, or who had backup jobs scheduled to run on a
regular basis, are advised to contact phil at lchost.co.uk asap in order to
arrange a restore from your copy of the data. If only individual files
are corrupted/missing then you may of course freely replace them at your
leisure over FTP.

LCHost apologises once more for any inconvenience caused by the outage
and we will be working to put safetynet procedures into place to aid
data recovery and minimise downtime.

Regards,
Phillip Baker
