Hi,

We now believe the issues for this netblock to be resolved.

If customers do experience any unusual lag or packetloss that occurs on our
network we would welcome traceroutes and as much detail on the affected
service(s) as possible.

We apologise for the extended delay in effecting repairs. More will follow
on Monday regarding the planned network changes which will remove the
possibility of this issue happening again.
