[LCH Announce] Packet loss and Lag on 213.230.205.0/24

Hi,

We are currently aware of a lag and loss issue affecting all hosts on the
213.230.205.0/24 netblock - pings are inflated by around 30-100ms at worst,
and we are seeing upto 10% packet loss into the subnet.

This would appear to be related to the work carried out earlier today by a
customer.

Engineers have been despatched to investigate and there may be a brief
outage as the network may need reconfiguring.

We expect time to resolution to be approx 2 hours max. Please accept our
apologies for these issues.

We will keep you updated as the situation is worked on.
